Drawing on experience across Local Authority enforcement, Central Government policy and consumer representation in national standards, he bridges the gap between regulators and industry.

Previously, David served as a Senior Regulatory Delivery Official at BEIS, leading open policy-making through collaboration with businesses, enforcement bodies and consumer groups — ensuring regulation works in practice, not just on paper.
